Terms and Conditions

  1. All prices are in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT.  
  2. All deliveries in the UK will be despatched by First Class post or Standard Parcel Delivery.
  3. Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 7 days of delivery. 
  4. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products providing the material is returned to us in perfect condition. The 7day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of the goods. You will however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.


It is important to note that some colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen to the product ultimately received, depending on your monitor screen resolution and colour/display. As many of our products are handmade, they may vary slightly in colour or design.
